Group permissions into roles you can assign to users.

Open the Role Manager. A role is a named bundle of permissions — assign a role to a user and they get all of its permissions. Roles make access easy to manage: change the role once and everyone who holds it is updated.

Working with roles

• Each role card shows how many users hold it, how many permissions it includes, and whether it is Active.
• Filter and search by name, user count, or permission count, and Export the list.
• Create Role makes a new role; open a role to add or remove permissions and see who holds it.

Roles are built from permissions and assigned to people in the Company User Manager.
